Harry Reid .... Ineptocracy Posterboy !

Harry Reid for nearly four years continues to violate Federal law by using his position as majority party leader in the US Senate to thwart the introduction and passage of a budget for the United States - unfortunately for all Americans the law he violates was enacted without any enforcement provisions which allows Reid to break the law and remain out of jail with impunity.
